Due to its extremely durable, scratch-resistant and hardness material next to diamond, more and more clients choose sapphire lenses to replace the traditional glass lenses, so their optical systems can stand up to very harsh environments.

COE Optics' optical grade sapphire lenses are manufactured from optical grade sapphire. COE Optics can supply sapphire plano-convex sapphire lens, Plano concave sapphire lens, and sapphire domes. Unlike the glass lens, it is hard for sapphire to reach surface quality to laser grade. i.e  S/D: 10/5, surface figure Lambda/4.
